Licensing basics

To use the Add-Ons, you must have a valid license key (either trial or full). License keys are generated during checkout, and Add-Ons will prompt you to activate the key upon first use. Activation requires a working internet connection, but after that, you can use the Add-Ons offline.

One license key is valid for a single computer and for a single version of Archicad.

License types

Trial license

With a trial license, you can access the Add-On’s full functionality for a limited time. Trial licenses are free of charge and intended to allow you to test the functionality before purchasing a full license. No credit card information is needed during trial license checkout.

Full license

With a full license you can use the Add-On with the corresponding Archicad version with full functionality forever.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a discount for upgrading Add-Ons to newer versions of Archicad?

Absolutely! If you purchase an Add-On, you you will receive a 50% discount code when the Add-On for the next version of Archicad is released.

Will I lose my license if I clean my computer?

No, you won’t lose your license. After cleaning your computer, you will need to re-enter your license key. You can reactivate your license multiple times on the same computer.
