Open Unused View Cleaner

You can open Unused View Cleaner through one of the following entry points:

• Go to Design / Model Check menu and select Unused View Cleaner from the list.
• Go to Window / Palettes menu and select Unused View Cleaner from the list.

Search for unused Views

You can refresh the list of unused Views by clicking on the Refresh button located at the top left corner of the palette. The two buttons next to the Refresh button specify where to look when searching for unused Views: in the Layout Book, in Publisher Sets or both.

Delete unused Views

Views marked with a red delete sign are unused. To delete them, select the Views and click the Delete button at the top right corner of the palette. You can select and delete multiple Views in one go. The palette can delete only unused views, so feel free to select all views and click the Delete button; only the unused ones will be deleted.

Teamwork

To delete Views, you need to have “Views and Folders – Delete/Modify” permission and you need reserve the Views before deletion.
